intuned° origins is based in waterloo, ontario, with orders prepared and shipped from our studio in richmond hill, ontario. we handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

what we collect

• when you place an order: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order details.

• when you contact us: your name, email, and the contents of your message

• when you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address and the date you subscribed

we do not collect or store your full payment card details. payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, generally six years under canadian tax law. messages are kept only as long as needed to respond. newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
